Visit us at our holiday-on-the-farm guesthouse in Teesdorf and enjoy the quiet location in the midst of excellent wineries.

Feeling at home, but still enjoying the benefits of a holiday - that's what we do our best for and spoil you daily with a rich breakfast buffet.

Our rooms, furnished with solid wood, are regularly updated. All rooms have a shower, WC, satellite TV and FREE Wi-Fi.

About us

1971

Anna & Rudolf Frühwirth took over their parents' farm. At that time, they cultivated 6 hectares of vineyards and 33 hectares of arable land. They kept a few cattle, pigs and chickens in the stable.

Anna & Rudolf have 5 children together: Andrea, Christine, Birgit, Philipp and Maria.

1995

the last animal left the stable - something new was needed. After a complete renovation of the house from 1995-1997, the first guest rooms were opened in 1998.

2000

the vineyard was leased out and more rooms and a large breakfast room were built.

2009

Anna & Rudolf started their well-deserved retirement, in the same year Philipp took over the business.

2010

he married Sabine, who joined the business in 2012.

2013

their daughter Anna was born, by now Anna & Rudolf's 9th grandchild.

2016

daughter Paula was born and the Frühwirths were complete.

Together, the family continues to expand the farm and currently cultivates an area of about 70 ha.

Rooms

The bright, spacious, solid wood comfort rooms are equipped with shower, WC, satellite TV, a comfortable seating area and free W-LAN.

Every morning we spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet with - including fresh free-range eggs from our chickens.

Especially for companies, our early breakfast and the uncomplicated billing are worth mentioning.

We not only run our guest rooms with love and joy, but are also passionate farmers.

Working with and in nature, with its beautiful and sometimes not so beautiful sides, is what we like to do. We run an arable farm with around 70 ha of land and do the cultivation and various arable works for other farms.

Our animals

Out of love for the animals, there have been more and more in the last few years. In the meantime, our family includes the dog Amy, the rabbit Callie, the tortoises Erdäpfel and Gulasch, the ponies Blitz, Donner and Wolke and around 75 chickens, and we wouldn't want to miss any of them!

Mittlerweile zählen Hund: Amy, Hase: Callie, die Schildkröten: Erdäpfel und Gulasch, die Ponys: Blitz, Donner und Wolke sowie rund 75 Hühner zu unsere Familie und wir möchten keinen einzelnen davon mehr missen!

Mini selfservice farmshop

A funny idea turned serious and we opened our mini self-service farm shop in June 2020!

From there, our customers can supply themselves with regular products (especially eggs from our chickens) almost around the clock - contactless and anonymous.

Things to do in Teesdorf

Our region offers you numerous possibilities for leisure activities. The well-developed network of cycle paths (e.g. the Triestingau Cycle Path or the Euro Velo 9) invites you to explore the area and the wine taverns of the thermal region entice you with award-winning wines and delicacies. We are also close to popular events such as the "Genussmeile" in Pfaffstätten or the wine taverns in the Thermenregion.

The climbing park in the neighbouring village of Tattendorf offers fun for the whole family.

Our guests have their own bicycles at their disposal.
